The reason this location gets 5 stars is because of helpful staff like Aiden. I rent from Public Storage for work and sometimes things get delivered without me knowing. Aiden is always super helpful and she provides stellar customer service to make sure everything gets taken care of... She makes things a lot less stressful than it could be with other storage companies.
Stopped in today to inquire about a storage space. Right when I walked in, Aiden was quick to say hello, and make me feel welcome! She answered all of my questions, and concerns. She also recommended packing supplies. When I move in the next few months, I will definitely come to this location because of the nice facility, and excellent customer service!
